Dragonmaster: Book 1
A retelling of WWI in the time of crossbows, wizards, and
dragons, instead of rifles, planes and artillery. A little too obviously stealing – the sheer
number of casualties doesn’t make sense in a medieval economy or technology level, and battle
shapes were clearly copied straight out of the WWI history books. Also, our hero was apparently the only
innovator on either side of the war.
Kind of fun, but could have been much better.
