The Legend of Nightfall #1
I read this book a long time ago (high school!) and quite
enjoyed it then. It was still good now,
but not quite as good. A fun story, but
I didn't quite buy in all the way. Our
hero seemed too young in the middle for the beginning to make sense. It would have been nice to see a bit more
background – a couple hundred pages at the beginning may have helped me to care about the characters a bit more.
Otherwise, a worthwhile read, but nothing to blow my socks off this
time.
