Downbelow Station - C. J. Cherryh

Daw, 1981, 439 pages
ISBN:  There isn't one on my copy.  Odd.
Read October, 2015, age 37

An interesting read.  It was unconventional in that there were really no 'good' guys, and no 'bad' guys, just varying motivations that put the various forces in opposition.  The result was that the book felt a bit aimless, and there wasn't really anyone to latch onto, despite there being several compelling characters.  The setting and ideas overcame that, and it was a compelling read, though a bit slow.

Rating:  4
