... and he stuck the landing. I'm really impressed by this series - it started out strong, and continued along. This may have backed off slightly from book 5 - things got a little bit overblown and the plot had a few holes that didn't quite get filled to my liking, but it convincingly wrapped up the series.
There's also space for a prequel series and a sequel series, should the author decide to go that way. If he does, I'll read those books.
