This was one of the very few Heinlein trunk novels - possibly the only one he wrote but didn't sell. It's understandable why it was not published during his lifetime, as it's a terrible story, and only for Heinlein completionists. It was basically a series of lectures on what utopia could be, and was the first incarnation of many of the ideas in later books. As such, it was interesting to see the unrefined goals that Heinlein was writing for - pretty much all the recurring themes were there - but on its own merits, it was not a good book.
