Well, now I've listened to the audiobook, watched the movie, and read the paper version. I'm not sure which was the best format - the movie was drastically different from the other two, but not in a bad way. I think, just because of the scoreboard irritation in audio, the paper version was my favorite, but it was close.
Not a groundbreaking story, but a lot of fun.
