Book 11 of The Wheel of Time
The last book wholly by Robert Jordan, lots of stuff happened in this book, including the conclusions of a bunch of long-running plot arcs - Perrin & Faile, Mat & the Daughter of the Nine Moons, Elayne & Andor, Loial & his impending marriage - but these plot lines have always felt like side stories, and any connections to the main plot are still unclear. They also all more or less ended as expected right from the start. The whole thing was just belabored and predictable and took a whole month to slog through.
I found the book really unsatisfying. I'm hoping that Brandon Sanderson did actually work some miracles and can stick a decent ending.
