Murderbot Diaries, book 1
Boy, was there ever a lot of story in not very many minutes. I really enjoyed the book - the interaction between the characters, our POV cyborg's voice, and the setting.
I never warmed to the narrator's voice - not that he did a bad job, he just seemed unsuited for this book. For whatever reason, I picture Murderbot's voice as female, (or at least androgynous) and the narrator was quite masculine. It didn't work for me.
