Women of the Underworld, book 7
This was a forgettable instalment in the series - focused on our friend the necromancer, who seems to be a better supporting character than lead.
I didn't feel like this book added to any kind of story arc, and the main takeaway was that it clumsily shoehorned in a new character, who I didn't particularly enjoy.
It did have perhaps the healthiest romance in the series, but that has been slow-burning for the past several books already, so it wasn't surprising at all. Overall, it was fine, I guess.
