The Girl on the Train - Paula Hawkins

Doubleday, 2014, 316 pages
ISBN: 978-0-385-68231-2
Read: September 2019, age 41

Not really my style, I think.  The book was all right, starring all sorts of different varieties of broken characters.  Our heroine was very passive, and while understandable in the context of the story, that's not really fun to read.

Is an unreliable narrator actually rare in general fiction?  It was the big advertising point for this book, but it seems pretty common in genre fiction.
