I understand why this book won many awards. I think it was really good, but it's a very different kind of read - dreamy, focused on two characters who we don't know very much about, and the plot is nearly nonexistent. I'm glad I read it, but not sure that I particularly liked it. It's the kind of book that probably improves on multiple readings.
